本次講座將介紹Stefan Moisyadi副教授近期發表於 eGastroenterology (BMJ Group, 2025) 的創新研究，探討以「mRNA載體傳遞抗PD-L1奈米抗體（nanobody）於大腸癌治療中的潛力」。此研究結合免疫檢查點抑制（immune checkpoint blockade）與mRNA技術，展現出對腫瘤微環境中免疫抑制細胞顯著的重塑作用。講座將帶領學生理解PD-L1分子在腫瘤免疫中的角色、mRNA-LNP平台的原理，以及未來癌症治療的新方向。

This lecture introduces Dr. Stefan Moisyadi's cutting-edge study published in eGastroenterology (BMJ Group, 2025) on the use of mRNA to deliver anti-PD-L1 nanobodies as a novel immunotherapy for colorectal cancer. The session will explain the mechanism of PD-L1 in immune evasion, how mRNA-LNP technology enhances immune response, and the potential impact on future cancer therapy development.
